Tracks 11 - 14 originally released as 'The Pink Eye Tapes', no label, 2002, compiled for 'Oh, Look Out', Third Uncle Records, 2005

Tracks 16 - 20 recorded at WECI Studios, Richmond, Indiana, released in part as 'Doctor' cassette, no label, 1998

Track 21 recorded live on WECI, 2000, on portable tape recorder held up to radio featuring Russ McDaniel and Noah Dirst

Tracks 15 & 22 previously unreleased
