Digitally, this was released as two separate compilations. One was subtitled " VAP Edition" (and included 36 tracks) and the other subtitled "[Warner Music Japan Edition]" (including 34 tracks). The last two tracks on the fifth CD, "夢を見たのさ" and "果てしない空の向こう" (which were licensed from KING RECORD Co.,Ltd.) are both absent from either digital edition. This is most likely due to a licensing distribution dispute.

An update to the above statement: King Records has since released those subsequent tracks on streaming platforms, however, they are not affiliated with the 35 (+3) collection.
