Issued at least three times by WRC - same sleeve, same runouts, different colours: dark green, light red, and aqua blue. Advertised in the final WRC programme, the aqua blue one is identifiable as the last, as it has had the address on the back removed (instead of printing one of the two Sydney addresses used towards the end of WRC's existence in Australia). The sleeve looks greener in real life than the scans indicate. "R 10073" and "OASD 3895" on WRC sleeve, "OASD 3895" on HMV labels.
