This label very similar to Kool & The Gang - Good Times but bottom of label (Ⓟ De-Lite Recorded Sound Corp) is on TWO lines.

There's a bunch of US release in identical sleeves, but pressed in different plants and with different labels.

Black labels, silver texts. Rim text: De Lite Records Distributed Nationally by P.I.P. Records. A Division of Pickwick International, Incorporated. "33 RPM" and "STEREO" on the right side center of the labels.

Good Times (PRC pressing):
Black labels, silver texts. Rim text: P.I.P. RECORDS, 135 CROSSROADS PARK DRIVE, WOODBURY, NY 11787. 1972 De-Lite Recorded Sound Corp. "SIDE 1" and "STEREO" on the right side center of the labels.

Good Times (Capitol Records Winchester pressing):
Black labels, silver texts. No rim texts. “De-Lite Records Distributed Nationally by P.I.P. Records, 135 Crossways Park Drive, Woodbury, N.Y. 11797” in the same text block as the track listing. “STEREO” and “Side 1” on the right side center of the labels.

Good Times;
