Da devils playground 2 was a project that was pushed in to May 2016 after failing to be finished by the announced time, koopsta Knicca died before being able to release it, DJ Paul hold the tape. In 2009, Koopsta Knicca was asked at a party, so when’s da devils playground 2 coming out by one of his close friends. Koopsta Knicca said, Haha that’s a interesting topic, then refers to DJ Paul and Says when we making it, they began recording in 2010 during da mafia 6x days where the album was close to finish in May of 2012, but for many reasons it was delayed until 2016. DJ Paul made 1 cd which he left behind at a concert after playing a snippet which made the crowd confused, as to what song it was. After this, he left it and someone unknown took it. Leaking cd photos. In the making of this album koopsta Knicca lost multiple master tapes after his studio changed, someone took master tapes, many people suspected it was DJ Paul. Koopsta Knicca had features from lord infamous from this album, and more. The album had 1 leaked music video, which is one reason as to why it was prolonged, The original name of the album was named Amazing Grace. The album was later changed to Da Devils Playground 2. On koopsta Kniccas instagram DJ Paul posthumously posted “ DPG2 Dropping at 6 tn” on May 3, 2016. DJ Paul was asked at concert later, and says there was no part 2 since he was dead, laughing it off. The album was heavily based around destruction in the cover art, basically an abandoned city, which is Koopsta Knicca returning to “the devils playground” after years. You can see the run down carousel which is in Da Devils playground. Koopsta had a lot of controversy from his albums espically the albums around Satanism. His lyrics are also based around it. The album left huge impact on his career.
