Three sleeve variations exist:
- First edition with two-piece photocopied sleeve on matte finish card stock. Inside of back cover panel has "First Edition" written in cursive.
- Second edition with two-piece offset printed sleeve on coated card stock, no address or thanks list on the back cover
- Third edition with two-piece offset printed sleeve on coated card stock, front and back cover images are much higher contrast and the back cover has additional mailing address and thank you list at the bottom of the tombstone (this entry)
