This release came in a gloss paper die-cut cover designed to look like an envelope. The inside is completely pink. There was a small sticker sealing the envelope flap. The release came with three separate inserts. One of the inserts is a two panel folded piece of black paper that is matte on one side and blank, while the other side is high gloss and printed completely metallic silver and then printed over again with black ink. This insert contains lyrics. photos, and band information. Another insert is a small piece of photocopied paper that contains R.B.F. Records information. And one other insert is a very tiny piece of red paper cut into a square and folded in half to form a triangle.
