3 single-sided & folded Xeroxed inserts are included - the split horizontally-formated sheet is the same as in the 1st pressing. Each band now has a separate insert with lyrics, credits, and graphics.
Band inserts were printed on either white or light blue paper.

1st pressing of 500 was originally released as "Thanks" (which still appears on the Mission Impossible label).
