"LA County Morgue is hands down one of the most interesting projects currently active in Newcastle. This is the second release for LACM, the solo apparition of Jarrod Skene, who also runs the excellent Mazurka Editions label on which his debut was released earlier this year. Skene described "It Was Become Over" as "less musical" than the first, I guess that figures. What you receive is total immersion in murk. The A-side is reels of vocals disfigured beyond recognition. The flip is a minimal dosage of feedback and pops. Essential."
