Originally released in October 1993.

The last track, "Preserve The Sound Outside", did not appear on the original CD release. It is the B side of Labradford's debut 7" from 1992. "Everlast", the second to last track, is the A side of that 7".

Tracks 1-11 recorded in "McKinley Hall, downstairs at the end of the hall."
Tracks 12 and 13 recorded in the Belt Trade Center, "behind Puritan Cleaners," in Richmond, Virginia.
