CD4 contains unreleased recordings by Olav Snortheim (LMN's drummer Ola Snortheim's father). The title "Far" means "Father". Jørn Christensen added guitar and synth to two of the tracks in 1994. The music was recorded between 1939 and 1973.

According to Ola Snortheim, one track was removed from "Westrveg" and one from "Hildring" to make the listening experience better. "Heksesabbat" was removed from "Westrveg" because it is too noisy, "Fanteladden" was removed from "Hildring"
because it is too boring.
