Released with a single-sided cardboard j-card, hand-numbered on the back flap.
Contains b/w paper two inserts.
Black cassette with b/w and colour copied stickers on both sides.

Originally released in a little plastic bag with name and number hand-written on the back and containing additionally one or two colour pencils.
Later also sold without bag and pencils.
