The concert DVD is called "Live from Stongfjorden" on the cover and on the inside of the sleeve but "Live in Stongfjorden concert" in the DVD menu and "Live in Stongfjorden" in the opening scenes of the film.
This is stated in the inside of the gatefold sleeve:
"Filmed Oct 2011 at Sunnfjord Geo Center in Stongfjorden, Norway. Many thanks to Synne & Einar Alsaker of the Sunnfjord Geo Center & the Askvoll Kommune (www.fjordkysten.no)."

The music video for "Play On" (position DVD-16) was also filmed in Stongfjorden, Askvoll, Norway.
This is stated at the end of the video:
"Thanks to Erlin Paul Eikemo for kind use of his car and appearing as driver. Synne and Einar Alsaker of Sunnfjord Geo Center for use of Hønsehagen Wine Cellar and all other help. Askvoll Kommune and fyordkysten.no"
