As you can see on the photos there is a cardboard sleeve added (2 photos with front and back). Notice that there is a mistake on the cardboard sleeve as far as on its back, the sleeve has the lyrics of the album "No Surrender" (the right album) but as you can see, on its front, the sleeve has the photo of the previous album "Eternity". But this front sleeve is just a printing mistake that has only been released like this.
So it's the right version of the Test Pressing of "No Surrender".
The complete version of the test pressing should have this front and back cardboard sleeve in addition to the 2 pages (sheets) and of course the test pressing vinyl.
