Although the release says that it came out in 2008 in the credits, this only finally came out in 2010 starting with very limited numbers in Japan. High-gloss gatefold sleeve with liner notes written in the gatefold sleeve. There is a message on the left panel of the gatefold stating:

reality as a vehicle to teach us our way
on the high journey to the laughing light..."
