This edition was available only through the "Chain With No Name" group of independent record shops in the UK. A sticker was applied to the back cover reading "Chain With No Name Includes Free Hyper-Limited 7" Single". It comprises the standard "Minx" LP (NECK LP 11), plus a bonus 7 inch promo single (HYPE 24) bundled together under the cat# "NECK LP 11 S".

The LP comes with a card inner sleeve with lyrics, photos and credits.
