This release came in two different label designs; this one (yellow/green) and Lee Perry - Bafflin' Smoke Signal / Captive with yellow labels.
The release also came in 2 different sleeve designs as can be seen in the images for this release. However both label designs and both sleeve designs were interchangeable and appear to have been released with combinations of either designs.
Despite that, there is an identifier on the rear of the 2 sleeve designs, a numbered 'Rights Society' sticker (STEMRA) so the one with the lower number '1916316', can probably be called the 'first' design and the other sleeve bearing the number '1917371' can be called the 2nd design.
