After Les Gray left Mud, he formed a new band which became known as Les Gray’s Mud. At their gigs, a 10 track CD was sold. It was issued on the Les Gray’s Mud label, with the catalogue number - LGM 001.
The CD has 10 tracks which includes; 8 re-recorded versions of Mud singles, an album track - Blue Moon and one brand new song, that only ever appears here - When Holly Rocks.
Most of the later album releases, credited to Les Gray’s Mud, include all 9 of the re-recorded Mud tracks. Others add selections from Mud Featuring Les Gray (Runaway Records 1982) and the re-recorded Mud tracks that appear on this Les Gray’s Mud CD.
