Original 1990 cassette release of Sister, with a packaging misprint: "Pete Beat" (track A3) is unlisted on the J-card track listing, but appears both on the "This Side" cassette label and in the correct track order position in the lyrics fold-out. Lyrics for "Boy" are not provided.

Many song versions (mixes, vocal tracks, instrumental tracks, and even featured band members) are different from those on the 1998 Letters To Cleo - Sister re-release/compilation CD built mostly of tracks taken from Letters To Cleo - Letters To Cleo -- the versions of the first five tracks presented here remain exclusive to this cassette. The same version of "Boy" appears on the Sister CD as on this cassette. The same version of "Never Tell" appears on both cassettes, the 1997 Letters To Cleo - Anchor 7", and the Sister CD.

The CD lists "I See", "Sister", and "Never Tell" as having been recorded at Fort Apache South, but this cassette lists HBS Production, Inc. as the primary recording studio for its majority, with only "Never Tell" differing in this; it's listed as having been recorded at Fort Apache North (and per the Letters To Cleo - Letters To Cleo liner notes, it was engineered at Fort Apache South). Greg McKenna is credited with "?" on this cassette (under the "LETTERS 2 CLEO R" listing), while on the CD re-release he's credited with guitars and co-credited with songwriting on all tracks.
