Single was released in the same jacket as the full length album the singles were taken from ("A Kiss of Life"). The only way to identify that this is a single is by the sticker on the front cover indicating "Special Edition 12" Radio Single Not Available In Stores."The disc labels are on the opposite sides that they should be on. The runout groove text appears consistent with the mislabeling, so the actual pressing plant appears to have labeled the songs incorrectly when pressing. Also, the "RI-9004" runout text is crossed out on each side, and the "RI-9007" text appears directly beneath on each side.
