In multi-fold wrapping-paper sleeve, with photo of band on front cover, gold star closure on rear. Comes with a full-size textured paper insert, hand-lettered with gold ink on one side (numbered ##/50), hand-screened image in white on the other.

Inner sleeve is generic, but has a hand-stamped image of an open birdcage. Labels are yellow with brown print.
