The MK Ultra Edition has a white sleeve with the same front artwork as the standard edition and a round holo sticker on the back. It has a special vinyl construction using 2 clear vinyl records with a printed plexiplate inbetween creating a kind of 3D/zootrope effect, a different 12" insert + CD version.
