1998 Friends of Live Holiday Gift. Came with a Christmas card with facsimile signatures from the band, presented in a red envelope. This holiday gift was limited to 1800 copies, with the majority on translucent red vinyl. A very small, unknown quantity of red/blue split vinyl copies exist (this release) as a result from a manufacturing error. These red/blue copies were randomly given out with fan club memberships.
