Disc 2, 'Time's Up' was first issued in Australia by Epic as a 15 Track album on September 10th 1990. 'Time's Up' was then reissued with three bonus tracks (2-16 to 2-18) by Columbia / Epic on June 24th 1991 (466920 9).

Despite the rear tray artwork only listing 15 tracks, the foldout booklet and the disc cat# confirm that disc 2, is the reissue of 'Time's Up' — containing 18 Tracks (2-16 to 2-18 are bonus tracks).

Tracks 2-16 & 2-17 were recorded live at Cabaret Metro in Chicago, IL, USA on November 9th 1990 for a radio broadcast (venue and exact date uncredited).
Track 2-16 is a live cover of the 'Pere Ubu' song 'Final Solution'.
