CD 2: Tracks 1-9 recorded on August 7, 1992 at Ontario Place Forum, Toronto. (for CBC Hot Ticket Concert) Mastered at Dead Fish Studio. Broadcast on 192, September 26 on CBC Ontario and 27 on CBC Stereo Network. Tracks 10-19 recorded live at WXPN, Philadelphia on July 1, 1992 for NPR’s World Cafe.

CD 3: I. by Tim Wilson in the Belfry, Stratford, Ontario in 1991, released as part of "The Visit: Collector's Edition", 1992. II. Recorded on October 18, 2020 by Jeff Wolpert at Desert Fish, Toronto.

CD 4: Tracks 1-9 remixed and mastered in 2020 by Jeff Wolpert at Desert Fish Studios, Toronto. Tracks 10-14 recorded at Gaillard Centre, Charleston, South Carolina, on October 28, 2016. Track 15 was recorded at the Arlene Schnitzer Hall, Portland, Oregon on March 23, 2016.
