This is released on RCA in co-operation with Sounds Never Seen.
The records and sleeve only mention the RCA cat#, but it's also known as SNS-005/006.

Comes in a gatefold cover. Some copies may have the writing "CAMPIONE GRATUITO" made up of small perforated stitches in the upper right corner of the sleeve, which literally means "free sample" (they are identical to the retail version but were used as promo copies).
