One label hand decorated with paint, different copies had different paint applied.
Lathe cut is housed in a clear plastic bags within the sleeve. The sleeve is housed in an outer plastic bag and can vary as to the materials, one initially entered features textured paper sheet inner, seemingly with leaves and twigs affixed to it. Another copy is sleeved in one layer of extremely thin, almost paper thin, tree bark with "Lost In Translation painted in small letters at the bottom right of the front side.

All copies appear to retain the Peter King address slip is in the lathe cut sleeve, this is from his Geraldine New Zealand era.
