Withdrawn version with a radically-different Willie Alexander remix of 'Dance With Death', identifiable only by the B-side runout.

All sleeves show Willie's remix credit, but when the first advance copies [this] circulated Oedipus, who was program director at all-powerful WBCN and had produced the original recording, let it be known that he was ...not happy with the (admittedly extreme) liberties Willie had taken with the recording, so the record was immediately remastered with Oedi's version instead (adding "OEDITED VERSION" to the B-side runout inscription).

Many, if not all sleeves for this version have a cut corner. (Others may have a bite-mark in one corner.)
