This picture-disc was included in all editions of the book published by Genesis Publication ("Transformer" by Lou Reed & Mick Rock) in 2013 shortly before Lou Reed's passing. It was an edition of 2.000 copies. All these copies were meant to be numbered and handsigned by both artists, but only some copies were handsigned by Lou Reed. #1 to #350 were deluxe copies. The copies that were not handsigned are authenticated with a Lou Reed Estate Stamp.
