Where I Belong is Luca Chiappara's first solo record, a tribute to the American Traditional Music in its different shapes and variety. In this record you can hear a sincere tribute to either the Mississippi Blues or the Nashville Country, the Appalachian Bluegrass or the New Orleans' Jazz tradition. And yet it's open to new influences and a more modern attitude. They call it New Retro, as he says "that's just Where I Belong".
