Cover, back cover and inner sleeves are completely black (differently from the Dynamic CD version where is written the word Lucifer in white). There is no info about musicians names and date of the recording ; there's just an insert with song list, photos and liner notes about the band discography where it is written that these recordings were made part in Arizona and for the rest in London. The insert is the same one of the Dynamic CD version. Wikipedia says this is an unofficial release of the year 2006.
