- Black and white detail from front cover image (page 3)
- Orchestra and Conductor credits / Individual CD catalog number and barcode (on back cover)

This Disky release contains no detailed track list, although individual CD tracks do exist for each symphony movement.
Movement titles and corresponding timings have been obtained from the equivalent EMI Classics release.
Symphony titles and overall timings have been taken from this Disky release (with a number of errors corrected)
