This DMM version was manufactured and printed in West Germany for Intersound Inc., Minneapolis.

Unlaminated sleeve with uncredited sleeve notes in English. The original sleeve was released with two gold stickers attached to the front (removed from my copy - see images). Sticker 1 was a facsimile of the Teldec Technology DMM stamp (as on inner sleeve), and sticker 2 read 'Imported from Europe' 'Pro Arte Records'. The sleeve credits include 'Album design by...'
