Packaging: CDs in individual standard jewel cases, each with a 20-page booklet containing credits and liner notes in German, English and French, each CD with individual cat# and barcode, together housed in a thin cardboard slipcase.

Regarding the individual barcodes and the different copyright dates, it appears likely that the CDs were offered as single releases too. There is no information on the individual CDs as to whether that they are part of a box release.
