Recorded in 1993 (4-1 to 4-6), 1994 (1-1 to 2-4, 3-5 to 3-8, 5-1 to 6-4), 1995 (3-1 to 3-4), and 2003 (7-1 to 7-8).

The SACD layer of all discs contains 2.0 as well as 5.1 audio. Disc 7 is labeled as "bonus CD" on the set cover, but it is an SACD as well.

Issued in a digipack-sized hardcover book. The CDs are stored in seven cardboard digifiles which are glued into the book, as is the 40-page informational booklet.
