Lunar Corp is challenging the idea of what an ambient album should sound like. With an emphasis on discovery, the artist explores themes of existentialism, the existence of a God, the Earth and its resources and ultimately the human connection. Littered with obscure and not so obscure bits and pieces of our shared pop-cultural history, it feels as if a collage was made out of the sentiment that threads together what it really means to be alive. The sound and feel can be best described as 'warm', because no matter how bleak the aftermath of the human species on Earth may look, the warm glow of love is what keeps moving our kind forward.
