Paul Kahn is the founder and director of Concerted Efforts and a recipient of a W.C. Handy Award as manager of the year from the Blues Foundation in Memphis. He moonlights as a music journalist, and his pieces have appeared in Folk Roots Magazine and The Advocate. He is also a performing singer/songwriter and guitarist, with a debut disc on the Redwig Music label.
