Some things get better with age. So we decided to put out the reissue of Icelandic / Danish project MUMLEDYR, a collaboration between Son of a Bricklayer and DoEs.

It was originally self-released in 2007, becoming an instant classic of its genre. Dark lo-fi samples with crispy beats on top of it, dramatic spoken word and surreal combination of themes like whale hunting, family disorder or Egyptian archeology made this one a truly experimental hiphop record.

Two years later, it was re-released on the NOHMAD netlabel, featuring new bonus track "Efterskygge" (beat that was later used by Conserve for the song "Zweiter Fall").

We went nostalgic and brought this gem back into the light after unbelievable 6 years, for the first time on a physical format - super limited C60 chrome cassette.
