Covers exist on red, white or blue paper, the white and blue ones have different hand-drawn Maddoxx logos on the spine while the red ones have the name in an actual font. Re-released on its 25th anniversary on CD by Manglehead Records in 2013, in a single limited run of 50 copies, remastered and with an inlay of rare band photos.Another version also exists with orange covers (with printed spine logo just like the red covers), that has a different mix of the songs, different track order, and an intro at the beginning that isnt present on any other versions. Only 8 copies were produced of this version.
