Standard jewel-case with 4pp front insert booklet.

Reverse insert borrows from the artwork of the standard European issue "Ray Of Light" so the label code, WE 852 price code and a credit of Made in Germany by Warner Music Manufacturing Europe all appear (though this is obviously not a WMME issue.)

Front insert booklet is blank on the inside faces.

The disc has no text of any kind (not even the artist name or release title) but has the usual artwork design features (ie the "sun-ray" effect around the centre hole and the blue motif which usually separates the text Madonna and Ray Of Light.)

Submitter's copy has an import sticker with "KB CDÜ CCF YET 831566" and that combined with the IFPI 6A mould SID show this to be an unofficial issue from Bulgaria.

Track 14 is an extra/hidden track missed from the tracklist on art.
