Promotional Edition limited to 30 copies worldwide issued in Black and White reversible sleeve, printed on red vinyl. Cover bears a "Promotional Copy" sticker exclusive to this issue. Includes an exclusive set of six 8" x 6" photo cards enclosed in a wax paper envelope printed with the lyrics "Poor is the man whose pleasures depend on the permission of another."
