After two EPs and two albums, the forces gathered again earlier this year in a former squat in The Hague, never to change a winning team. In the wet and dark depths of existence, the new work was forged with a good dose of perspective, desire to survive and grim humor. "Polished Minds" has become a versatile and fresh record with thirteen raw and diversified pieces. Garage rock can never be extracted from Magnetic Spacemen, but is often embellished with influences from the 60s, 70s and new wave.
