Realist Week written, produced and recorded by then Magoo members Andrew Rayner, Rhys Harper, Owen Turner with help from friends Stacy Gow, Jen Heagren and Adam Blackborn at the Sickroom studio - purpose built by the band for the Realist Week project after Magoo were dropped by Chemikal Underground records. Shortly after completion of Realist Week Stacy Gow and Jen Heagren became full time members and Rhys Harper left the group.
