Comes in a glued chipboard cover with a silkscreened image of a figure behind bars looking at a dove on the front and a printed image of two fetal monkeys in jars on the back. Disc labels are blank silver paper.

Also includes a small eight-panel booklet held together with a rubber band with lyrics, perfomer credits, and other information.

Tracks are listed sequentially in the booklet. On the disc, songs are not separated into physical tracks and play continuously on each side of the disc.
