The 7'' was pressed by "Duophonic". The 2LP has no info on where it was pressed.
The Bonus 7" is a mispress. They pressed it accidentally pitched up, so that the speed must be corrected using the pitch control of your turntable at -8 to get the right sound. The record company added a letter of apology (have a look at the pictures) and will repress the 7" with the right speed adjustment.
