This album is dedicated to the memory of Hugh Sullivan.

This album was recorded on a 4-track machine, except for LOVEITIS which was 8-track. OPPORTUNITY, GIVE AND TAKE, LOST LOVE and FROM TORONTO-67 have been mastered from original mono singles, as the master tapes could not be found.

Issued with a black and white printed inner sleeve that includes band photos, CHUM charts, and notes on when and where each track was recorded.

The spine has: ER [encircled Ever Reddy logo] Printed In Canada.
