CD is not visible when you buy it (see cover). It is hidden in double inlay sleeve, you have to take it out. Credits are also written in hidden inlay. This design was winner in contest for album design held at the end of 2012.
Translation of the title is "Dementia" - so it is "suggested" that they forgot to put CD inside sleeve.
