The Clothing/Fabric sleeve cover was designed by Riccardo Naj Oleari. Naj Oleari was a fashion brand and fashion house from Italy back in the 1970's/1980's.

Designing this sleeve was a promotion stunt to push the fashion brand into the disco/music scene of that time and try to make it more famous within the dance scene of the 1980's.

There are 3 color variations of the sleeve available: White, Turquoise and Pink.
