Notes:
The matrix contains the info "MADE IN THE U.K. BY PDO", while "MADE IN THE UK BY PMDC" is stamped in the disc's plastic mould. The CD is pressed by PMDC, not PDO (and as a result does not suffer from any manufacturing problems).
