Very similar to Blade II. The disc artwork appears identical. The cover, spine and rear artwork appear identical but have subtle differences:
- The cover artwork and spine use a shiny silver for the Blade II logo and the sword. On the other version these are matte.
- The rear artwork has a different layout. The barcode and DVD specifications box are slightly smaller, as is the New Line Cinema logo. The New Line Cinema logo appears centered over the DVD specifications box, whereas on the other version it is clearly set to the right.

This DVD contains an isolated score and a music video.
